
I love nuts in any recipe, sweet or salty, and feels strongly that cake taste. The consistency of cake is slightly moist and remains unchanged even after 3 days. I make a sponge with this recipe for a perfect cut and tastes absolutely delicious and special.
Ingredient:
125 gr unt the temp camerei
125 g old pudra
100 gr of malai faina fina
75 gr faina
70 g minced nuci
2 oua
2 yolks
3/4 sachet baking powder
3 tablespoons white wine
1/2 fiola exempts migdale
A knife edge of salt
Mixing at room temperature butter with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt until we get a cream

Add eggs and yolks one at a time, mixing well after each egg and yolk added.
Mix cornmeal with flour, the baking powder and walnuts. Add flour mix over cream butter and mix gently with a wooden spoon,

We obtain a relatively compact dough we add the 3 tablespoons of wine and almond extract. Stir well but gently and put the dough in a form of cake dusted with butter and flour,
You bake at 180 degrees preheated oven for 30 minutes.
It out of the oven, leave it to cool then as it crashed on a platter, dust it with vanilla powder and serve it.
