Chocolate sauce for ice cream




It's the best chocolate sauce tried before. Ideal for ice cream, parfait, pancakes, panna cotta, etc.. It is very simple and we can preserve in refrigerator 3-4 weeks.

Ingredient (cca 800 forlorn!)
250 ml lapte
250 ml what
300 gr zahar
70 g cocoa love
150 grams good quality dark chocolate
10 gr cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
We cooked over low heat water mixed with milk, sugar and cocoa. Mix well so that cocoa is well dissolved in the liquid and make no lumps.
When it starts to boil quietly (as soon as the first bubbles appear on the surface), add 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in water.
Let it boil for 1 minute then add cicocolata race or cut into small pieces. When chocolate has melted, turn off heat, let sauce cool.
