
The other day I bought some wonderful strawberries. When I saw beautiful wooden boxes aligned, I was convinced that there will be great but were very fragrant and juicy. Some ate them as such and the remainder I turned into a simple dessert, delicious and fragrant.
Ingredient 3 coupe
- 200 gr capsuni
- 250 gr mascarpone
- 125 gr Greek yogurt
- 2 linguri marsala
- 6-7 linguri zahar pudra vanilat
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla
- 7-8 macaroons
Strawberries go through a cold water immediately and then delete them with absorbent kitchen towel. Cut them into small cubes (keep 3 whole strawberries) and mix them with 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, marsala and vanilla.
Cover them with plastic wrap and let them food in the refrigerator 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and leave them about 10 minutes to reach room temperature.Meanwhile, mix them with yogurt Greek mascarpone, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, and crushed amaretti 5 (3 amaretti keep whole),



Let the cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
