Failed dovleac copt




It is absolutely divine. I love pumpkin in any way so this cake I loved it. Besides orange is intense and so it is very pretty, is very fast, except during the baking of pumpkin.

Ingredient:
  • 250 gr Piure dovleac Copt
  • 240 gr faina
  • 150 gr zahar
  • 1 or
  • 65 gr unt topit
  • 100 gr lapte
  • vanilina
  • A CoPt PRAF
  • 15 gr corn flakes (optional)
  • A top salt
Pumpkin cut into strips and put it in oven tray lined with baking paper. Stuffing it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and let it soak up all over. Remove it after it cools a little hollow with a spoon and it apparently so showing a fine puree. Excuse me as I picture at this stage but I was discharged batteries
Mix eggs with sugar until sugar is completely embedded (can mix with spoon that you need the egg to be beaten bat)

cold pumpkin puree, a pinch of salt and vanilla,

Flour mixed with baking powder through a sieve and we initially add the dough into 3 portions,

add milk, cornflakes site (optional) at the end and looks like the final dough. Consistency is more dense and I think this is due to the type of pumpkin that I used, namely Mantovani pumpkin pulp which is very nice.

Put dough in butter and dusted with flour as you arrange a little flexible spatula,

and give it to preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
