We serve in different seeds in cakes, muffins , muffins, breads , juices, combined with milk and cereal for breakfast but are extremely delicious and in combination with certain types of bread , muffins, rolls, etc.. Ingredient 2 persoane
- 6 fresh figs mature
- 1 lingura Premiere
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)
- 300 -350 ml lapte
Clean peel figs and place them in a blender with honey, milk, ginger and flax seeds. Act blender for 2-3 minutes or until the smoothie gets a compact and uniform consistency.
You pour in glasses, little ground flaxseed powder on top and serve.
