Meatballs




I had brought home some cheese Dobrogea so I made these absolutely delicious and simple fire balls. We only need two ingredients to get these balls:

Ingredient:
  • 3 albusuri
  • 200 g cheese (or any semi-hard cheese with a consistency that melts and evenly)
Beat beat the 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt

casvalul give it grated,

trteptat cheese add egg, stirring gently from the bottom up,
Meatballs ()
finally get the dough,
Meatballs ()
make balls about the size of a walnut,
Meatballs ()
they fry in abundant oil to turn a golden color.
Warning, if you use a pan that is not easily stick teflon balls ass when you put in oil. Help them through a gentle yet moving fast to rise to the surface.
Them out on absorbent paper and serve them. Are delicious both hot and cold.
