A blog to come back next week after I get an Internet connection, but until then I invite you to serve a mini apple strudel, rapid fire and very tasty. Are ready in 30 minutes, with all the preparation, baking and papat, and are ideal for breakfast fragrant and those who are short of time and will not necessarily something sweet.
Ingredient:
- 2 rectangular dough sheets foietat
- 2 large apples
- 1 lingurita razed scortisoara
- Nuci 100 g / migdale / ertain
- 3-4 lingua old
- 1 + 3 ou galbenus linguri lapte
- old Brun / ALB pt pudrat
Orange peel, cut them into small cubes and mix them with little cinnamon, sugar and chopped nuts under the knife
Cut dough into squares of 12x12 cm (you can cut larger or smaller. Important thing is to get a square).
Put a teaspoon full of apples on one corner of the square and then you close the opposite side of dough to get a triangle. Seal the edges well, pressing them with a fork.
Brush each triangle with egg yolk mixed with milk, sprinkle some sugar on top and bake them at 200 degree preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
They serve hot or cold milk beside coffee or near children. Your children will surely be excited by these scented mini strudels.
