Pancakes in cu ovaz fulgi




Pancakes in fulgi ovaz cu (cu fulgi ovaz1 pancakes)
Today I woke up with hope that you finally see the sun after four days of rain, wind and fog. Unfortunately it was not. The same heavy clouds, the same rain, same wind so I said to raise my spirits a bit with a serving of pancakes, this time in very quick release, with oatmeal and served with agave syrup.
Preparation time:  10 minutes
Baking Time:  20 Minutes
Servings: 6 pancakes

Ingredient

  • 200 g faina
  • 1 or
  • 50 ml ulei
  • 250 ml lapte
  • 4 linguri Zahar vanilat
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 linguri fulgi de ovaz
  • A knife edge of salt

Mod prepare

  • Mixing egg with milk for 2-3 minutes. Add oil, sugar, flour mixed with baking powder and salt. Mix well after adding each ingredient. Finally add oatmeal and mix.
  • Heat a teflon pan, a Brush with butter and then wiped with absorbent kitchen paper.
  • Add half a ladle of batter into hot pan.
  • When pancake's surface is full of blisters, a return on the other side. In total, each pancake bake 2-3 minutes per side, fire moderat.Le serve hot sprinkled with maple syrup or agave, with fresh fruit.

Advice

If you have time, let the dough rest on the kitchen counter for 30-45 minutes. In this way, you get some very fluffy pancakes.
