Spuma of clementine




Because my husband had a day off today, I wandered along the city and when we returned we wanted something sweet, but sweet and slightly faster. So I made this wonderful foam.

Ingredient:
  • 4 albusuri
  • 120 g old pudra
  • 6 clementine
  • 3 tablespoons clementine juice
  • 1 lingura suc lamaie
  • coaja rasa of 3 clementine
  • coaja rasa of mica or lamaie
  • 200 gr Frisca
First cut the clementines in half and clean their flesh. Then let them dry a bit or delete them with a tissue if any juice left in the shell:

Whites to fight hard foam, then add the juice of clementines and lemon and mix again for 5 minutes. Add sugar and lemon peel clementines and mixing to get a marshmallow.
