Supa of Cirese cu vin rosu




Supa rosu of Cirese cu vin (supa of Cirese)
Nothing could be more delicious on a cold day in June, as this Monday at us, but a fragrant cherry soup with red wine . A can be used alone or in combination with plain yogurt or whipped cream and marshmallows, as I served on November 1.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 350 g Cirese
  • 280 ml what
  • 280 ml red wine quality
  • Old, 100-125 g Brun
  • A baton scortisoara
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 2-3 cardamom pasta
  • 1 small lemon (juice only)
  • 1 baton vanilie

Mod prepare

  • Clean pits cherries, carefully, so cherries remain whole.
  • Put water in a pot mixed with wine, vanilla stick split lengthwise, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, crushed cardamom pods.
  • Let the syrup over low heat to medium until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add cherries and lemon juice. They cook about 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked well but not too soft.
  • Remove cherries with a palette and put them in a plastic flask.
  • Reduce over low heat until the syrup gets a creamy consistency easily. In 10-15 minutes, reduce exactly how to be. Consistency should not be very dense, but like a concentrated syrup.
  • Sneak syrup over cherries and let it cool then stuffing it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • We serve soup alone or in combination with yogurt, vanilla cream or milk, cream, etc..
