
Nothing could be more delicious on a cold day in June, as this Monday at us, but a fragrant cherry soup with red wine . A can be used alone or in combination with plain yogurt or whipped cream and marshmallows, as I served on November 1.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 350 g Cirese
- 280 ml what
- 280 ml red wine quality

- Clean pits cherries, carefully, so cherries remain whole.
