Very rarely post on weekends but since it is very hot outside and we just we have a cool glass of lemonade, I thought to write fast recipe.
It is a syrup for lemonade, very simple to do and foooarte practical. Why practice? To make syrup that after stuffing the freezer where it can stay and 2 months without freezing!
So, whenever you feel the need to cool off, not left to do but to dissolve 2 tablespoons of syrup in a glass or mineral water and to serve!
Ingredient:
  • 500 grams of lemon juice (I used 250 grams of lemon juice and orange juice 250 gr)
  • 500 gr zahar
  • 6 cm ginger
  • 4-5 crengute mint
zest of 2 lemons and 2 oranges (if biological)
Mix fresh lemon and orange juice with sugar, grated ginger and orange peel and lemon.
Put them in a saucepan on very low heat and when the syrup starts to boil 5 minutes still leave it on fire then give it away, add mint, cover it with a lid and leave it to cool .
When cool, we sneak in a vendors with plastic cups that stuffing the freezer. The syrup will not freeze but will become creamy,

When you wish to serve a fresh lemonade, dissolve 2 tablespoons of syrup in mineral and soda water, add some ice cubes and serve.
You can make only the lemon or orange juice and ginger if you have at your disposal you can exclude.
A nice weekend and wish you still cool!
