Egg and Spinach Rolls Recipe




  • Eggs(beaten) 2
  • Spinach(choped) 500 gm
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Water 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

Cook the spinach covered in a pan for 2-3 minutes, squeeze the excess juices, add the soy sauce, sugar and the sesame oil and keep aside.

Dissolve the cornflour in a water, mix it with the beaten eggs, and add the seasoning.

Heat the oil in a thick pan, spread the egg mixture to make on omelette, it is almost done on one side place spinach on it, and roll it up.

Place the egg roll on a kitchen board, and cut diagonally into bite size pieces with a sharp knife.

Serve hot with a sauce of your choice.
