Spinach Meat Roll Recipe




  • Meat Pasanda1/2 kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • salt To taste
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Spinach(chopped) 1 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 clove
  • Green Chilli(chopped) 2-3
  • Lemon Juice As required

Cooking Directions

Marinate the pasanda with lemon juice,vinegar,ginger and garlic paste, black pepper, cumin and salt for 1 hour.

Then in a frying pan heat 1 tbsp oil, place the pasanda with a little water to tenderize, later keep aside.

In another pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic saute, add spinach, yogurt, green chilli,sugar and a pinch of salt.

Cook till spinach is done.

Now fill spinach in pasanda, roll it and keep in fridge then at the serving time fry in a little oil.

Garnish and sprinkle some lemon juice and serve.
